Typar® RoofWrap™ 30

Typar ® RoofWrap™ 30 is a smartengineered polymeric roofing underlayment material that provides superior water holdout, reducing the incidence of leaks caused by winddriven rain, ice dams and worn roofing materials. It protects homes from moisture during the construction process, serving as a temporary water barrier.

It’s tough enough to survive re-roofing without needing to be replaced and its brute strength won’t let it dry out in high temperatures or become brittle in cold temperatures.
